How 'bout a beer with that iPhone?
It seems companies will slap a bottle opener on just about anything
these days and just assume we’ll buy it. We’ve gotten to the point where we refuse to buy
something just because if has a bottle opener on it. Now, we want some
real quality. Luckily, Opena Case for the iPhone
both looks good and works well. The slide out bottle opener nicely
stores away inside the case and won’t do any damage to your phone when
you’re popping a few bottles at your next BBQ. Plus, since it’s attached
to the one thing you always have with you, you’ll never have to worry
about someone else having an opener. $40. As featured recently on coolmaterial.com.

Coolest art for your walls
In celebration of this year’s World Championships, PJ Tierney an Irish designer, churned out a poster a day for each of the 19 races. The posters definitely have a current feel to them but at the same time are reminiscent of F1 prints we’ve seen in offices and guy designed game rooms throughout our lives. We’re definitely digging Italy and Japan as our faves but wouldn’t hesitate tossing any of these up. Now, only if we had that Speed channel. $43

Bull note corkscrew
We want as few obstacles between us and our drink as possible. No fancy openers that you need a book of directions to figure out just give us a bottle of Cab and a straight-up corkscrew and we are good to go. Okay one very random exception, if the corkscrew happens to look like a little bull that we can put on display and thus not have to rifle through a drawer to find, we are cool with that as well. And, what are the odds, we found one. The Koziol Torr Corkscrew can stand guard over your wine collection and when the time comes to de-cork a bottle simply grab the horns, pull out the corkscrew and open away. $33
